Room temperatures can become uncomfortable!!! Updating the furniture would improve the dated feel!!! Accessing the safe is a cumbersome task due to its poor placement!!!

Really good stay with warm hospitality.

This is a hotel situated in a quiet part of a busy tourist centre, just a few minutes walk from Interlaken West station. The welcome from all the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very fresh and offered a large choice. A large inside swimming pool on the ground floor could be a plus for some guests.

Pillow too soft.

I was offered a room with spectacular views of the mountains. The breakfast was very good and had a great selection of meals. Location: the hotel was short walk to nice, the center of Interlaken shopping and dining, and close to Interlaken West train station. The staff were very friendly and attentive yet not intrusive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They made every effort to please us. Good breakfast even though you had to cook your own bacon and eggs.

I don't think this hotel is a four star. Very average bathroom, Very expensive for the facilities provided.

We stayed here for our last night in Interlaken. The hotel is situated about 7 min walk from the main train station, at a quiet turn. Room was clean and big and breakfast spread was one of the best that we had during the trip.

The staff at the main reception seemed to question my every request - why I need additional pillows, why I need to use an additional clean knife to pare my orange during breakfast. That kind of spoilt my experience with this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially how close we were to Hohematte Park and the fine views from our balcony. And the nice touches at dinner certainly enhanced our overall experience.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very goodand your gardens and resident cow are very charming. Also loved the coloured lights when showering.

Its very clean, the staff are helpful and smiling all time. and they assisted us with the activities that we can do in the area.

it's just a minor thing, the walking distance from the hotel to the nearest train station is around 5 minutes and its really freezing there in winter ..

The room was spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was good, with a great variety of fresh pastries and local cheeses that really stood out.

Cozy room, lovely balcony, where we enjoyed a comfortable bed and exquisite mountain views that enhanced our relaxation after daily adventures.

It is perfect.

The room in the hotel is very good in size, facility, comfort ability and cleanliness. The staffs are also very good.

There is no air condition in the room I don’t know if it is hot in the summer or not, for me it is comfort at this time in spring.
